Lavender and Sea

"I’m Nikki! I’m the artist and owner behind Lavender And Sea. My journey with art started at a very young age. I started with drawing but have had an affinity for most things creative since I can remember. On top of that, I’ve always wanted to be a business owner! At the age of 10 I was bossing my sister and brother around having them make flower crowns with me and sell them to our neighbors.

In 2017 I got married and decided to do all my own wedding signage. It was the unofficial start of my business. Soon friends were asking me to create signs for them. Soon after that I made Lavender And Sea a thing. Since then I have moved into stationery design as well as educating other creatives who are interested in this industry. I’ve combined my two passions, teaching and creating artwork and it’s been a lovely journey!
