Most orders are delivered 4 - 7 business days after shipping. Custom orders may take longer. Please reach out via the contact form if you have any questions.

Your order will be sent by UPS or Chit Chats (last mile delivery by USPS or Canada Post). All orders will include tracking. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
If you'd like to request expedited shipping, please email me with your zip/postal code, the items you'd like to purchase and the date you need them. We may not be able to accommodate all express shipping requests. For reference, 3 day shipping is usually CA$70 or more. Alternatively, you're welcome to order through our Amazon store which normally ships quite quickly.
